ho dovuto disintassalrlo.ora lo ho messo scaricando dal sito il link e ho inserito email e la vecchia di conferma controllando che fossero giusti ma come inserisco un gioco mi dice"enauble to autenticate the cartridge"poi di controllare se siano giuste.che faccio?ha sempre funzionato sul windows 8

allora la Datel, produttore del powersave dice:

 

An incorrectly entered license key or email address will cause the authentication error; be sure the license key and the email address are entered completely and correctly.

The letter “O†and number “0†are easily confused, and if the software license key was previously registered to a different email address, the original registration email address must be used when re-installing the software.

During the initial setup of the Power Saves software, if a license key was entered with no email address, the key will be listed as “unassigned†in the Power Saves database. This will also cause the authentication error. To resolve this, please reset the software registration by performing these steps:

1. Close the Power Saves Software.
2. Locate the Powersaves3DS.xml file on your PC
   Default location: C:\Users\[uSER NAME]\Powersaves3DS
3. Delete the Powersaves3DS.xml file.
4. Open the Power Saves software and enter BOTH your license key and an email address you would like the key registered to.
5. Click OK.
6. Close the Power Saves software and re-open it.

If this does not remedy the issue, please provide the license key and email address you are using when the error occurs.

quindi in pratica devi cancellare il file Powersaves3DS.xml che si trova in C:\Users\[uSER NAME]\Powersaves3DS  riaprire il programma reinserire la chiave di licenza e l'email che hai utilizzato per registrarti la prima volta e cliccare su OK e riaprire il powersave e dovrebbe funzionare. se non va probabilmente non stai usando l'e-mail con cui hai attivato il powersave e in quel caso non saprei come aiutarti

Prova a staccare la presa usb e reinserirla, è solo dopo rimettere la scheda
