Benvenuti, questa è la mia prima guida, quindi perdonatemi se ci sarà  qualche punto oscuro, cercherò di chiarificare in seguito. Ciancio alle bande, iniziamo!
 
Cos'è un Pokémon evento?
Un Pokémon evento essenzialmente è un Pokémon speciale, distribuito per un periodo limitato di tempo, per un'occasione speciale, un film, una festa, un'evento, un lancio di un nuovo gioco. Insomma c'è sempre un motivo rilasciare un Pokémon evento!

Come ottenere un Pokémon evento?
La prima cosa che bisogna sapere è che i Pokèmon evento sono legati ad una regione, ovvero spesso differiscono da un paese all'altro (ad esempio un Vivillon evento inglese sarà  diverso da un Vivillon evento italiano).
I metodi utilizzati per distribuirli sono principalmente 3:
- Nintendo WiFi Connection: questo metodo necessita di una connessione a internet, bisogna andare nella schermata di avvio del gioco, andare su Dono Segreto, poi su Ricevi dono, e poi Via internet e seguire le istruzioni.
- Scambio Diretto: questo metodo richiede la presenza fisica ad un evento, i metodi per ottenerli sono diversi dunque su questi non mi dilungo (anche perché qui in italia molto raramente si verificano)
- Codice seriale: come il metodo della WiFi Connection serve una connessione a internet, bisogna andare nella schermata di avvio del gioco, andare su Dono Segreto, poi su Ricevi dono, e poi via codice seriale, e seguire le istruzioni.
 
Perché sono così speciali?
Perché sono (spesso) difficili da ottenere e sono contenuti in una ball speciale, la Pregio Ball () oppure hanno mosse speciali/non ottenibili normalmente, altre volte ancora hanno abilità  nascoste non ancora distribuite (come gli ultimi eventi Get☆TV Serperior/Emboar e CoroCoro Samurott). Invece quasi sempre hanno dei fiocchi speciali che attestano la loro "specialità ".
 
Cosa vuol dire UT?
Al 99% chi colleziona eventi vuole eventi UT. UT sta per UnTouched ovvero "Non toccato". Ciò vuol dire che il Pokèmon evento non è mai stato utilizzato in battaglia, non gli sono state modificate mosse nè IV.
Bisogna sempre stare attenti quindi alle seguenti caratteristiche:
- Livello: Chiaramente se il livello è diverso dal quello della distribuzione l'evento non è UT. In particolare, non è considerato UT neanche se ha un briciolo di esperienza nella barra, quindi fate attenzione.
- ID e OT: Sia il nome dell'allenatore sia l'ID devono coincidere con quelli dell'evento (a meno che questi non siano variabili)
- Mosse: Il Pokèmon deve avere le mosse originali dell'evento e non modificate in nessun modo
- Fiocchi: Il Pokèmon deve avere il fiocco caratteristico dell'evento e basta, niente fiocchi di gare/pokecheck
- Data (solo per gli eventi 6th Gen): Qui il discorso è più ampio: nella sesta generazione è possibile controllare la data di ricezione di un evento (che è e dipende dalla data del 2DS/3DS su cui è stato ricevuto). Siccome il PowerSaves è in grado di copiare le Wondercard di un evento, ma la data di ricezione di tale evento è fissa in quelli non originali, spesso chi cerca eventi li cerca con data non PowerSaves, ovvero con data diversa da quella che avrebbero se generati con tale strumento.
- IV: Se un Evento di sesta generazione è flawless con natura giusta ed è distribuito con IV random, il 99,999% delle volte si tratterà  di un Pokémon sistemato con i Powersaves. Se è un evento di 5-4-3° Gen c'è la possibilità  che si tratti di un evento RNGato (se non sapete cosa vuol dire, è un particolare metodo per far si che un evento abbia certe caratteristiche decise da noi) e quindi legit.
- Natura: Se un Evento è distribuito con una natura specifica, se dovesse avere una natura diversa non è considerato legit. 
- Nazionalità : Fino alla 5° Gen ogni Pokémon evento aveva la nazionalità  fissata, nella 6° Gen invece la nazionalità  dipende dalla quella del gioco in cui viene ricevuto (questo si applica anche alle uova)
 
Ho un evento ma non è UT, c'è un modo per sistemarlo?
Dovrebbe essere possibile, ma ci sono un po' di premesse da fare:
- Non si può sistemare un evento con fiocchi sbagliati
- Non si può sistemare un evento che ha un livello originale minore di 10 (ad esempio i nuovissimi Pokemon Center Mega Eggs)
- Non si può sistemare un evento che ha dimenticato una mossa che non può ri-imparare (si verifica solo con gli eventi di 3-4-5 Gen, visto che nella 6° Gen si possono reimparare anche le mosse Evento)
- Non si può sistemare un evento che è flawless
- Non si può sistemare un evento con nazionalità  errata
Dopo queste premesse un ultima premessa, per rendere di nuovo un evento UT è necessario il PowerSaves (almeno se ha l'esperienza sballata e la natura sbagliata, per le mosse bastano le squame cuore di solito)
Verificate le condizioni precendenti si procede così:
 
Per le mosse (non necessità  PowerSaves):
0) Si verificano le mosse con cui è stato distribuito l'evento
1) Si prende il Pokémon evento in questione in squadra
2) Si verifica di avere abbastanza squame cuore per insegnare le mosse al Pokémon o di avere la rispettiva MT della mossa da insegnare
3) Si insegnano le mosse che aveva originariamente l'evento
 
Per il livello (necessita PowerSaves):
0) Si verifica il livello al quale è stato distribuito l'evento
1) Si prende il Pokémon evento in questione e lo si deposita nel Box 1 nel primo slot, si salva e si spegne
2) Si avvia il PowerSaves, si seleziona il codice "EXPERIENCE MODIFIER BOX 1 SLOT 1 CODES:"

3) Tra le opzioni si sceglie quella che porta all'esperienza desiderata (ovvviamente non porteranno al livello preciso, ad esempio se siete in dubbio scegliete sempre quella più piccola, ovvero 1000 che lo porterà  al minimo possibile)
4) Si lancia il codice (insieme a quello delle caramelle rare x999 che trovate sotto "RECOVERY ITEMS CODES" "RECOVERY ITEMS ITEMS" e poi "RARE CANDY x999") e si riavvia il gioco.
5) Se avete fatto tutto correttamente il Pokémon sarà  sottolivellato di qualche livello, con le caramelle rare lo livellate fino al livello giusto
 
Per la natura (necessita PowerSaves):

0) Si verifica la natura con la quale è stato distribuito l'evento
1) Si prende il Pokémon evento in questione e lo si deposita nel Box 1 nel primo slot, si salva e si spegne
2) Si avvia il PowerSaves, si seleziona il codice "NATURE BOX 1 SLOT 1 CODES" e si sceglie la natura giusta
3) Si lancia il codice e poi si riavvia il gioco.
4) Se avete fatto tutto correttamente il Pokémon sarà  della natura corretta.
